Mrs. Henry Clark of Haynes Passes Away In Prime of Life

Mrs. Henry Clark of Haynes township passed away Thursday night, January 9th, after an illness of two weeks due to child birth.
The lady's death is a particularly sad occurrence. Taken in the prime of life she leaves seven small children, the oldest being eleven years and the youngest but two weeks old.
Mrs. Clark's maiden name was Margaret McArthur and she was born in Black River on Sept. 25, 1882. Twelve years ago she married Henry Clark, who survives, and they lived on the farm where she died, for many years. The surviving children are: Loretta, 11 years; Eva, 9 years; Laverne, 6 years; Victor, 5 years; Leona, 3 years; Charley, 1 year; baby two weeks. The brothers and sisters are Mrs. Robt. Vennard of Haynes, Mrs. Jas. Miller of Harrisville, Duncan and William McArthur of Haynes.
The funeral was held Sunday afternoon from the Haynes Presbyterian church, the service being in charge of Rev. C. M. Boyce. Interment at Mr. Joy cemetery.
