Circuit Court.
His Honor Judge Tuttle will hold a special term of the Circuit Court in this county, commencing on Nov. 20th. The Jury for such court has been drawn, and the judicial machinery is almost ready for business. The principal cases on the court calendar are:
The People vs. Edward Chapelle, grand larceny, charged with embezzling county funds; held to bail in $6,000 by Justice Reynolds. This case has been pending quite two years. Prosecuting Attorney R. Z. Roberts and H. H. Hatch, of Bay City, for the People. A. C. Maxwell, Bay City, will appear for defendant.

Crosier Davison & Son vs. Edward Chapelle, John C. Gram and R. Z. Roberts. A. C. Maxwell for plaintiffs. R. Z. Roberts for one of defendants. This action was brought to recover from Gram and Roberts pay for supplies furnished Edward Chapelle who made long timber on lands owned jointly by defendents.
