Wedding Bells.
After a long courtship, Mr. Joseph Smith won the love and affections of the beautiful and accomplished daughter of Hiram Cooper of Curtis. They drove to Harrisville, June 1st and were united in matrimony by Rev. W. W. Will. They stopped over night at the residence of Aaron Byce, the groom's uncle. Returning home the next evening the groom's parents gave a reception for them at which 60 guests were present. A sumptuous supper was served at a late hour: the company was highly entertained and dispersed, wishing the newly married couple a pleasant voyage on the sea of life. Presents were numerous and some quite costly.
