Problems with the estate of Henry Forsythe.
Forsythe Estate Somewhat Mixed.
The late Henry Forsythe executed a will leaving his farm to his son, George. The latter applied to the probate court for the appointment of L. R. Dorr as executor of the will. On investigation it was found that Henry Forsythe had deeded his farm a number of years before to his wife, since deceased, and the title to the property had never been changed. Mr. Dorr refused to act as executor. Matters have remained in this situation for a year, and now the court has reopened the matter by issuing another order for the probate of the will and also for the appointment of an administrator of the estate of Lavina Forsythe, on the petition of George Forsythe who asks for the appointment of L. R. Dorr as executor in one case and administrator in the other.
