Another Railroad Fatality.
The remains of Wm. Mercier were hardly buried ere another fatality has been added to the long list of those which have occurred on the logging railroads of Alcona county. Tuesday night as Conductor Joseph Grice was making up his train at McPhee's camp to run into Black River, he was thrown under the wheels and fatally injured. The remains were badly mutilated and death was almost instantaneous. Deceased leaves a wife and one child.
