Geo. W. Beever and Geo. W. Burt were in Mikado township Tuesday to adjust some damage done to property carrying tornado insurance in the Grange. At the farm of Mrs. Vincent they found the barn totally wrecked and the timbers scattered, but the place was not insured against wind storms. At the W. J. Grant farm the barn was badly twisted, eavetroughs and windows of the house blown away. This damage was done in the high wind late in April Considerable damage was done, also, at the farm of John McLaughlin, a pile of lumber being scattered and broken, the kitchen partly wrecked and windows blown in.
