Suit pending in the Circuit Court for the County of Alcona, In Chancery, on the 26th day of July, A. D. 1923.
In this cause, it appearing that the defendant is absent from the state and that it cannot be ascertained in what state or country he resides, therefore, on motion of Herman Dehnke, attorney for plaintiff, it is ORDERED that said defendant enter his appearance in said cause on or before three months from the date of this order, and within twenty days the plaintiff cause this order to be published in the Alcona County Review, said publication to be continued once in each week for six weeks in succession.
