PROBATE ORDER.
State of Michigan, County of Alcona.
At a session of the Probate Court for said County, held at the Probate Office, in the Village of Harrisville, on the 31st day of March, in the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven. Present, Allen Nevins, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the
ESTATE OF OLIVE MUDGETT, DECEASED.
On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of David B. Mudgett, praying that administration of said estate be granted to Edwin Mudgett or some other suitable person.
Thereupon it is ordered, that Saturday, the Twenty-Third Day of April next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs-at-law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estate, are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden in the Probate Court, in the Village of Harrisville, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted; And it is further ordered, that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estate, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Alcona County Review, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
