HERTZLER--GRIFFITH

Mr. and Mrs. Edgar L. Griffith of Dormont, Pennsylvania, announce the marriage of their daughter, Miss Helen Marjorie Griffith to Herbert Spencer Hertzler, son of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel P. Hertzler of Glennie, Mich. The Rev. Dr. U. Franklin Smiley of Dormont Presbyterian church officiated in the presence of the families and a few close friends at 11:30 o'clock Monday morning in the Griffith home.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, was attended by her sister, Miss Eva Jane Griffith and Honor Hutchinson of Smithville, Ohio, was his cousin's best man, with Miss Olive Griffith playing the wedding march.
The bride wore a gown of white Brussel's net and carried Joanne Hill Roses and Gypsophila and the Maid of Honor wore yellow and blue and carried Briarcliffe Roses and blue delphiniums.
After the reception and wedding breakfast, Mr. and Mrs. Hertzler left for a short motor trip including a visit to the "Century of Progress" exposition in Chicago. They will be at home August 1st in Harrisville, Mich.
The bride is a graduate of Michigan State Normal College and attended Northwestern University and Cornige Tech., and for the past three years has been supervisor of music and art in the East Huntington, Pa., schools. The bridegroom, also is a graduate of Michigan State Normal College, is a graduate of the Detroit school of Law and a member of Sigma Alpha Delta, Pi Kappa Delta, and Sigma Delta Kappa, and is now Prosecuting Attorney of Alcona County.
