NOYES--McPHERSON

A lovely autumn wedding occurred Saturday evening at 5:00 o'clock at the home of Mr. and Mrs. G. C. Noyes, on Church Street, Harrisville, when their daughter, Miss Clara was united in marriage to Mr. William McPherson son of Mr. and Mrs. C. T. McPherson of Battle Creek, Michigan.
Rev. C. S. Brown pastor of the M. E. Church, Harrisville, performed the ceremony.
They were attended by Margaret Ayling, sister of the bride and Mr. Arthur Thayer of Hubbard Lake, Michigan.
The bride was gowned in naseatle blue flat crepe, with silver trimmings wearing a coronet of orange blossoms. She also carried a boquet of Talisman rose buds and baby breath.
The bridesmaid wore a gown of royal blue flat crepe with rhinestone clips and carried an arm bouquet of Talisman roses and baby's breath.
Mrs. C. S. Brown presided at the piano and played Mendelsohn's Wedding March. She also sang "I'll Be Faithful Always."
The wedding couple and attendants stood under a canopy of autumn leaves, surrounded by a profusion of flowers.
Dinner was served, after which the happy couple left for Houston Texas, their future home.
