More on the death of Joseph Fulsher.

The Probate Court for the County of Alcona.
At a session of said Court, held at the Probate Office in the City of Harrisville, in said County, on the 4th day of June A. D. 1937.
Present, Hon. George Freer, Judge of Probate.
In the Matter of the Estate of Joseph Fulsher, Deceased.
Mark Fulsher, having filed his petition, praying that an instrument filed in said Court be admitted to Probate as the last will and testament of said deceased and that administration of said estate be granted to himself or some other suitable person.
It is Ordered, That the 28th day of June A. D. 1937, at two P. M., at said Probate Office is hereby appointed for hearing said petition.
It is Further Ordered, That public Notice thereof be given by publication of a copy of this order, once each week for three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing in the Alcona County Review, a newspaper printed and circulated in said County.
