Death of Lillian M. [Gilpin] Nevin.

Funeral rites for Mrs. David Nevin were held in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, on June 19. Mrs. Nevin was formerly Lillian M. Gilpin and with Mr. Nevin lived in Alcona County for many years. She passed away June 16, in Vancouver, Washington.
Lillian M. Gilpin was born on April 11, 1874 in Canada. She married David Nevin-jr. on November 30, 1892, who preceded her in death.
Four children were born to this union: Spray of Vancouver, Washington; Col. Stanley Nevin in the armed forces, stationed in Guam; Norman Nevin of South America, and Rubena of Canon Beach, Oregon. Three brothers also survive: William and Russell Gilpin of Harrisville and Delbert Gilpin, of Vancouver, Washington.
The last visit to Harrisville made by Mrs. Nevin was in 1923 when she came for the celebration of the 50th wedding anniversary of her parents, the late Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Gilpin.
