THE COUNTY OF ALCONA
In the Matter of the Estate of Kathryn M. Huttig, Deceased.
At a session of said Court, held at the Probate Office in the City of Harrisville in said County, on the 24th day of August A. D. 1949.
Present: Honorable George Freer, Judge of Probate.
Linda Musser, by her attorney Herbert Hertzler, having filed in said Court an instrument in writing, purporting to be a duly exemplified copy of the last will and testament of said deceased and the record admitting the same to probate in the State of Michigan, and her petition praying that said will (including two codicils) be allowed, filed and recorded, and that administration of said estate in the State of Michigan be granted to Herbert Hertzler or to some other suitable person.
It is ordered that the 12th day of September, 1949, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at said probate office, be and is hereby appointed for hearing said petition.
It is further ordered that public notice thereof be given by publication of a copy hereof for three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing in the Alcona County Review, a newspaper printed and circulated in said County, and that at least 10 days prior to such hearing a copy of this order and notice be mailed to each party in interest in this estate at his last known address by registered mail, return receipt demanded.
