LEE-LeCLAIR
--------
Miss Anna Mae LeClair, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur LeClair of Black River, and Raymond Lee, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Lee of Mikado, were united in marriage at nine o'clock Saturday morning, September 3, at St. Gabriel Church in Black River. Rev. George LaValle performed the marriage rites before an altar decorated with white gladioli.
The bride wore a brown gabardine suit with white accessories and a corsage of white roses. Lillian LeClair, sister of the bride, was maid of honor and wore a dark green suit with grey and white accessories and a corsage of talisman roses. Lottie Lee, sister of the groom, wore an aqua suit with black accessories and a corsage of pink roses.
Willard LeClair, brother of the bride was best man, and Harold Lee cousin of the groom, was the other attendant.
The mother of the bride chose a rose biege gabardine with a corsage of roses. Mrs. Lee was unable to attend due to illness in the family.
An outdoor reception was held on the lawn of the bride's parental home from three to seven o'clock. A large canopy was erected over the tables. About 250 relatives and friends were present. A large tiered wedding cake centered the bride's table, with white rose decoration and topped by bride and groom figurines. The rooms in the home were decorated with pink and blue streamers from large white wedding bells, and bouquets of gladioli were placed about the home.
A dance followed the reception, at the Mikado Community Building.
Mrs. Lee is a graduate of Harrisville High School. Mr. Lee is employed at the Cedarcraft Plant in Greenbush. They will make their home in Lincoln.
