Suit pending in the Circuit Court for the County of Alcona, in Chancery, on the 29th day of November, 1949.
In the above entitled cause it appearing that the Defendant, Nick Rocco, is not known to be a resident of this state or where the whereabouts of said defendant presently is, is not known, and that process for his appearance has been duly issued, and that the same could not be served by reason of his absence from or concealment within the sate, and that is cannot be ascertained in what state or county the defendant resides, therefore, on motion of Russell Hughes, Attorney for the Plaintiff,
It is ordered that the defendant enter his appearance in said cause on or before three months from the date of this order, and that, within forty days, the plaintiff cause this order to be published in the Alcona County Review, a newspaper published and circulated within said county, said publication to be continued once in each week for six weeks in succession.
